Mechanical ventilation heat recovery (MVHR) installation - Commercial

Meeting the Building Regulations Part O

Installing mechanical ventilation heat recovery (MVHR) as part of the
sustainability of your development?

The introduction of Part O to the Building Regulations in 2022 has meant an increased focus on overheating and solar gain and the means of remedying excess heat.

A heat recovery ventilation system is a great way of redistributing excess heat where it builds up while supplying properties with fresh, filtered air. Air from warmer spaces, (around heating pipes or near boilers etc) is extracted, passes through a heat exchanger and into the rest of the house.

An MVHR system can make a big difference to the thermal model for your construction.
