Pure Services have provided fire alarm servicing, installation works, mechanical services, and refurbishment support to the College to a consistently high standard.
They are responsible for the servicing and maintenance of our fire alarm systems and have demonstrated reliability and professionalism throughout. All scheduled servicing is completed on time, with minimal disruption to College operations. Their engineers work effectively within the College environment and maintain strong working relationships with our Porters and operational staff. Pure Services responded immediately, sourced a replacement boiler, and worked through the night to install and commission the new system. This proactive and committed approach prevented significant disruption and demonstrated a clear willingness to go above and beyond contractual expectations.
