Pure Services have provided fire alarm servicing, installation works, mechanical services, and refurbishment support to the College to a consistently high standard.

They are responsible for the servicing and maintenance of our fire alarm systems and have demonstrated reliability and professionalism throughout. All scheduled servicing is completed on time, with minimal disruption to College operations. Their engineers work effectively within the College environment and maintain strong working relationships with our Porters and operational staff. Call-out response times are consistently good, providing reassurance in situations where prompt attendance is critical.

Pure Services are currently delivering a rolling programme to update and modernise our fire alarm infrastructure. Over the summer period alone, they successfully completed four large-scale fire alarm system renewals. These were complex projects involving significant coordination and technical challenge, yet they were delivered efficiently, to a high standard of workmanship, and within agreed timescales.

In addition to compliance and infrastructure works, Pure Services have been heavily involved in our ongoing student bedroom refurbishment programme. They have supported the refurbishment of over 120 rooms to date. These works are delivered to a high finish, completed on time, and managed within budget parameters. Their project management approach is organised and dependable, which is essential in a live College environment with constant occupancy pressures.

Their mechanical services support, particularly in relation to boiler works and servicing, has on several occasions been invaluable. One notable example involved a boiler failure during winter months on a Friday afternoon, where the unit was deemed beyond repair. Pure Services responded immediately, sourced a replacement boiler, and worked through the night to install and commission the new system. This proactive and committed approach prevented significant disruption and demonstrated a clear willingness to go above and beyond contractual expectations.
